Ideally 3 years or more experience as a Chef De Partie (or above) Must be available to work during the day for a minimum of three days availability on weekdays. Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or equivalent qualification Ability to obtain a valid Police Check Knowledge of dietary requirements and experience in catering to various nutritional needs Maintain a clean and organised kitchen environment, following proper sanitation procedures Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Uniform : White long-sleeved Chef jacket, chef pants, knives, apron, chef hat, safety shoes Keen to join us?
